ZERUST® AxxaWash™ Cleaners & Degreasers with Rust Inhibitors consist of low-to-very low foaming, mildly alkaline, or near neutral, aqueous-based cleaner inhibitor products that effectively remove light-to-medium hydrocarbon soils while also offering short-term rust protection.

ZERUST® AxxaWash™ NW-10C
ZERUST® Axxawash™ NW-10C wash additive deactivates corrosion causing ionic contaminants such as chlorides left by metalworking fluids. It also degreases and removes hydrocarbon soils. It can be applied by immersion, high-pressure, and ultra high-pressure wash. AxxaWash™ NW-10 is recommended for use on highly reactive ferrous metals such as cast iron exposed to inorganic salts and other contaminants.

Axxatec™ Dual-Action Rust Inhibitors with Light-Duty Cleaning
ZERUST® Axxatec™ DA (Dual-Action) series consists of low to no foaming+ aqueous-based rust inhibitor products that also contain limiting cleaning designed to quickly and effectively remove light-duty hydrocarbon soils. Axxatec™ DA products protect bare metal surfaces during assembly and in situations where aqueous-based spray-on, in-line production, or dipping applications are desired. What is a degreaser?
A degreaser is a solvent or water-based cleaner. Degreasers remove grease, oils, metalworking fluids, corrosion inhibitors, handling soils, fingerprints, and other contaminants.
The objective of degreasers is to remove and deactivate common anionic contaminants from metal surfaces. Degreasers leave a clean metal surface, reducing corrosion issues and enhancing fluid maintenance and control procedures for extending the useful life of wash fluids or rust-preventative products.
