The heavy-duty equipment dealer and service center was in the process of rebuilding several large engines and reinstalling them into the heavy-duty equipment and then placed into storage for up to 1 year after the rebuild is completed.
The local ZERUST® Corrosion Specialist contacted the dealer and service center to obtain more information about their inquiry. The service dealer originally just had an interest in Axxanol™ 710C VCI engine oil additive for the protection of the rebuilt engines. However, after discussing the project more in-depth, they learned that 710C could be used to protect the refurbished rear axle and the equipment’s hydraulic components as well.
