ZERUST® Axxanol™ A35-30
ZERUST® Axxanol™ A35-30 is a highly effective oil-based non-staining (based on internal QUV testing) rust preventative designed to safeguard ferrous and multimetal surfaces from harsh environmental conditions for up to 1 year‡ when used indoors. For extended sheltered protection, Axxanol™ A35-30 can be used in combination with ZERUST® ICT® VCI film packaging products.

Product Description
Axxanol™ A35-30 is typically applied via immersion, brush, or spray processes. Once applied, the non-staining rust preventative coating forms a light amber liquid film, which is clear and possesses excellent water-barrier properties. Fully dried Axxanol™ A35-30 coated parts are safe to handle without needing a respirator, mask, or safety glasses. Although gloves are not necessary for safety, wearing clean gloves without lint or talc is highly recommended when handling the coated parts. This will prevent leaving contaminants or dirt from bare hands. Additionally, it does not intentionally contain barium or heavy metals, is non-flammable, and meets Global Automotive Declarable Substance, TSCA, RoHS, and REACH SVHC requirements. Use ZERUST® Axxanol™ A35-30 to safely protect ferrous and multimetal parts during shipment, storage, and work-in-progress.
