ZERUST® ICT® VCI Coil Covers
ZERUST®/EXCOR® ICT® VCI Coil Covers are a convenient packaging product made of ZERUST® VCI film with an elastic band that’s designed to fit over the top and bottom of metal coils, protecting them from corrosion and dust during storage and transportation.

Product Description
The elastic band on the ZERUST® VCI Coil Covers provides a secure fit over the metal coils. In addition, Coil Covers prevent corrosion by diffusing Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor chemistry and act as a barrier of protection against dirt, dust, smoke, and other contaminants.
The covers are typically made of ZERUST® ICT®510-CLHD High-Density Film. However, the Coil Covers can be made from almost any ZERUST® film as required by the application or metal type. Additionally, they are custom products designed to cover the most common sizes of metal coils and are reusable when in good condition. Lastly, the VCI Coil Covers are made of transparent film, allowing the coils to be visible for easy identification and inspection.
