Product Description
ZERUST® ActivPak® VCI Sachets offer a new Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor Technology (VCI) combined with a Volatile Flash Corrosion Inhibitor (FCI™) to protect ferrous and aluminum metals in enclosed spaces. This combination works in minutes to protect against flash rust and long-term corrosion with its progressive VCI chemistry. Do not place in direct contact with copper, brass, or zinc or use more than recommended. Test before use.
ActivPak® VCI Sachets provide corrosion control when there are concerns about manufacturing processes and fluids leaving corrosive residues. The packets reduce flash rust and corrosion incidents, even on contaminated parts and in challenging environments. ActivPak® inhibitors form an invisible shield that provides powerful corrosion protection that does not leave a residue and does not need to be removed before welding or painting.

Availability
ZERUST® ActivPak®-35 VCI Sachets are in stock for immediate delivery, sold in cases. Additional sizes, T-330, T-33, and T-350, are available upon request.
Please note we have recently changed the inner brown color sachet material for ZERUST® ActivPak® due to material availability. The new sachet material is white and has a slightly different feel. The change of the inner sachet material will NOT affect the products’ performance, functionality, or delivery lead times. This is purely a cosmetic change. All product packaging, part numbers, formulations, SDS, and sizes remain unchanged. As we transition into the new sachet material in October 2023, you may be receiving mixed lots (but not mixed in the same box) of products containing both brown and white sachets until the current product inventory depletes.
