Product Description
The VCI plastic board’s properties make ZERUST® Profile Board an ideal choice for product separation applications such as row and parts dividers, as well as liners for containers and reusable packaging applications. Additionally, you may use ZERUST®/EXCOR® VCI plastic board in place of traditional corrugated sheeting or plywood to provide strength and corrosion-inhibiting capability.
ZERUST® VCI plastic board contains proprietary chemical formulations that release ZERUST® chemical passivation technology that is invisible, odorless, and non-toxic. As a result, the ZERUST® vapor molecules will settle on exposed metal surfaces in an enclosure, protecting them from rust and corrosion for years‡.
